Along with dancers from the University of Utah’s School of Dance, Doug Varone and Dancers will perform last season's acclaimed new work, in the shelter of the fold, exploring the questioning inherent in faith. The evening will also feature a guest performance by Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, whose artistic director Daniel Charon danced in Varone’s company for ten seasons.

DEVICES: Choreographic Intensive & Mentorship Program in NYC
Led by Doug Varone and the Company Dancers | Enrollment: 10 – 12 choreographers
Designed for emerging choreographers, this unique mentorship with Doug Varone is divided into three distinct parts over the course of several months beginning on May 27 with an intensive retreat in New York City. Up to 12 participants are selected through application.
Be sure to join us at Gibney on August 2-4, when the choreographers will show their work. Details to come.
