CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The Registration Fee is not refundable.

Written notices of cancellation, including faxes and emails, received in the Doug Varone and Dancers’ office on or before May 5, 2006 (not a postmark date) are eligible for a full refund. 

Notices received in our office on or before May 15, 2006 are eligible for a refund of 50% of tuition fees.

After May 15th 2006, no refunds will be considered without medical documentation.

Note:  Different dates will apply for housing and will be in housing contracts mailed in mid-April.
